Screen Everyone.Lose No One

The strategy is simple: screen everyone, lose no one.

01What we do

More than screening. A complete support solution.

We don't sell software. We run the program: the instruments, the delivery, the scoring, the training your staff needs, and the follow-up after the result. The technology is the easy part.

Three doors. One system behind them.

Healthcare

Results in the chart before the visit ends.

Epic integration, tablets in every room, and secure links for offices that pre-send. The facility bills the encounter and keeps all of it.

Education

03How a program runs

Five steps, and the first one is your people.

1Train your staff

Two hours on mental health, crisis intervention, de-escalation and identification. Counts toward continuing-education hours. This happens before anyone is screened.

2Choose the instruments

Validated tools matched to your population and what you're required to screen for, age-gated so only valid ones appear.

3Deliver it

Tablet in the room, secure link before the visit, QR across a campus, or phone. Nothing to install.

4Score and route

Scored on submit with the severity band and the flagged items, delivered into your record system rather than ours.

5Follow up

Referral pathways, telehealth partners, and a named contact who stays on the account.

04Why now

The rules
changed.

Illinois SB 1560 made universal student screening law, the first in the country. Accreditation requirements and documented follow-up land on hospitals in 2026. New York layers its own on top through the Department of Health and the Office of Mental Health.

We track every mandate that touches your setting and keep the program compliant as they move.

05Training and certifications

We train the people, not just the software.

Two hours: mental health, crisis intervention, de-escalation, identification. It counts toward continuing-education hours, which is half the reason schools say yes. New York first, through a sponsor approved for CTLE.

06Our pledge

Listen. Identify. Educate. Support. Empower.

We pledge to provide more than technology. Education, training, ongoing support, and resources that help the people responsible for others feel better prepared themselves. And to keep working toward a future where asking about mental and emotional wellbeing is as normal as asking about physical health, where identifying a need is the beginning of support and not the end of the process.

We are you.

Students, patients, employees, families and community members who believe in a healthier tomorrow.

We are parents.

We understand the hopes and the worries that come with raising healthy, supported children.

We are part of the same community.

We live, work and serve in the same places we screen.

07For anyone, free

Check in on how you've been feeling.

A short, anonymous questionnaire using the same validated tools clinicians use, for adults eighteen and over. No account, no email, nothing saved. You see your result the moment you finish, and you can print it yourself.

Launching in the coming weeks.

Tell us who you screen.

Your setting and a rough headcount is enough to start. We come back with what the program looks like, what it costs, and what your staff actually has to do.
